When I visited the restaurant, my 2:1 voucher was not accepted. What can I do?

Please contact our customer service by email: support@benefits.me and tell us the name of the restaurant and your email address which you completed your order.
We will inform the provider Mobile-Gutscheine.de, and you get the amount for the coupon back from the provider Mobile-Gutscheine.de.

We are available from Monday–Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. (except on public holidays)
