What can I do if I can't find my ticket for an event?

Order via external Ticketshop (e.g. Eventim, Reservix, printyourticket):
The processing and mailing is handled by the provider or external booking system.
If you have any questions about your tickets, please contact the customer service of the organizer or booking system. You can find the contact information in the confirmation email.

Order via Benefits.me (the ticket booking confirmation comes from us):
After you placed the order you will get a confirmation via e-mail where you will find all the information regarding your order and payment. If you have any questions, please contact us by E-mail support@benefits.me
