I made a mistake in my email address during registration on Benefits.me – what can I do?

If you did not receive an activation email due to the incorrect address, please contact our support team.
You can reach us by email at support@benefits.me or by phone from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, at +49 69 153 225 30.
If you did receive an activation email, go ahead and complete your registration, then log in to your Benefits.me platform.
You can update your email address in your account settings.
