How can I be sure that my order has really arrived at Benefits.me?
After each order, you will receive an immediate confirmation email with all the important details about your order. You can also find all your orders in your Benefits.me account under “My vouchers”. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail, please check your spam folder first. If you can't find an email there either, please contact us by email or phone.
