Can I apply a discount code to an order retrospectively?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to add a discount code after an order has been completed. Likewise, no credit can be granted for an order that has already been completed, even if a promotion or discount is available at that time. To benefit from current discounts or promotions, the relevant discount code must be entered during the order process. After the order has been completed, changes to the price or retroactive application of discount promotions are unfortunately not possible. We therefore recommend that you check that all discounts have been applied correctly before confirming your order.
